Tammy has been an expert in business lending for 15 years, with concentration in the SBA Programs. The SBA 7a Program is the leader of the SBA Programs, offering business owners the ability to purchase (owner-occupied) commercial real estate, equipment, inventory, working capital, leasehold improvements, and furniture and fixtures. The SBA 7a Program is the only lending program available for Business Acquisitions and Start Ups (including franchises). The SBA 7a Program offers lending options that are not available through conventional lending programs.
