We are excited to introduce the brand new, simple "10-Year Loan" mortgage program. There are purchasing and refinancing options available, and it may be the perfect loan if you wish to save money and pay off your home more quickly!
Program Details:
- Purchasing and Refinancing options available
- Single family detached homes, Single family attached homes, and Condos are eligible
- Closing Costs up to $3,500 will be paid by Achieva*
- No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) requirement
- Up to a 90% loan to value on a mortgage refinance for Single family detached homes, and up to 80% loan to value for Single family attached and Condos.
- Limited documentation requirements
- Maximum loan amount $750,000

Condos and Single Family Attached home financing is subject to Condo/PUD approval by Achieva Credit Union. Property insurance is required on all loans. Existing Achieva Credit Union loans are not eligible for this loan product. Requirement - Must be Primary Residence or your Vacation Home. Program rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
A 10-year fixed-rate loan for $100,000.00 with a rate of 3.625% (3.625% APR) would be repaid in 120 payments (principal and interest) of $994.72 each. Payment stated above does not include taxes and insurance which will result in a higher actual monthly payment.
*Achieva Credit Union will pay for all closing
costs up to $3,500 excluding prepaid interest and escrows such as
property taxes and insurance. Additionally, condominium financing will
require the borrower to pay for appraisal and condominium questionnaire
charges assessed by the Homeowner’s Association to approve the
condominium. These costs will not be paid for, or reimbursed by, Achieva
Credit Union.
