Changes that require your attention

REMINDER: Changes to account Share IDs:

Your account number and member number have NOT changed. We use “Share IDs” which serve as identifiers to tell us what type of account you have, such as checking or savings. This Share ID is the only thing that has changed. As an example, the “S1” is now “0001”. This does NOT affect any direct deposit, ACH transfers, checks, tax refunds, etc. Click to view Quicken instructional video.

ATTENTION: Quicken, Mint, Acorn and other third-party accounting software users:

We use “Share IDs” which serve as identifiers to tell us what type of account you have, such as checking or savings. Your account number has not changed. This Share ID is the only thing that has changed. As an example, the “S1” is now “0001”.. You may need to reconnect to your third-party accounting software using your new Share ID.
