Achieva Credit Union Opens TWO New Branches in Cape Coral
Expansion into Cape Coral Marks Sixteenth & Seventeenth Branches for Credit Union
AUGUST 15, 2013 (CAPE CORAL, Fla.) – Achieva Credit Union has brought “banking for good” to the Cape Coral community opening two new branches this month. The pair of branches, located in Coral Pointe (1631 Del Prado Blvd S.) and Camelot Isles (1616 W. Cape Coral Parkway) offer a full suite of banking services and are now open for lending.
Nine new employees have been hired to staff the two branches. Donna Meola, former Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Director will serve as manager of both new branches. “It’s because of their core values and community involvement that I chose to be a part of the Achieva team. I appreciate being able to give back to the community I love and am excited to be involved in Achieva’s growth into the Cape Coral market,” said Donna.
Each branch is outfitted with state-of-the-art touch screen information stations and iPads in the waiting area. The new branches also feature free-standing teller pods, which eliminate lines and bring the Achieva tellers out from ‘behind the glass’ so they can interact face-to-face with members, creating a more personalized banking experience.
“Cape Coral is a beautiful place.” said Gary Regoli, President/CEO of Achieva Credit Union. “We consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to bring the Achieva banking experience to this vibrant coastal community. We know Cape Coral residents will not only consider us a financial resource, but also their neighbor and partner in the community.”
Dana Brunett, Cape Coral Economic Development Director said, “The City of Cape Coral is extremely pleased to welcome Achieva Credit Union to our city. It is abundantly important to have a solid base of financial institutions in a young growing community like Cape Coral for our residents and businesses alike. We look forward to a long and harmonious relationship with Achieva.”
“Since coming to our market, Achieva has really shown that they are a true community partner that talks the talk and walks the walk,” said Mike Quaintance, President of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce. “Through their involvement with the chamber and other local organizations, we have already seen their strong commitment to this community. We are really excited to have a company like them here in Cape Coral.”
The Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce will be welcoming Achieva to the community with two ribbon-cutting ceremonies over the next several weeks. The Coral Pointe ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Friday, August 16. A grand opening celebration will follow on Saturday, August 17. The Camelot Isles ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Friday, September 13 followed by a grand opening celebration on Saturday, September 14.
