  1. Dial (727) 586-MONY (6669), (941) 907-4040, or non-local (800) 593-2274
  2. When prompted, enter your account number, the first two letters of your last name, and the # key.
  3. For first time callers, when prompted, enter your Social Security number, followed by the # key. You will be prompted to select a new personal identification number (PIN) and for added security, you will be prompted to enter your new PIN again.
  4. Returning callers, when prompted, enter your PIN number followed by the # key.
