- When prompted, enter your account number, the first two letters of your last name, and the # key.
- For first time callers, when prompted, enter your Social Security number, followed by the # key. You will be prompted to select a new personal identification number (PIN) and for added security, you will be prompted to enter your new PIN again.
- Returning callers, when prompted, enter your PIN number followed by the # key.
