Product versions support and discontinued support.
Each year, the number of customers using current versions of Quicken and QuickBooks grows. Retirement of older versions of the product allows them to focus their resources on supporting more current products, which are used by the vast majority of Quicken and QuickBooks customers. To continue using online services* and maintain access to live technical support from an Intuit representative, members will need to upgrade to a currently supported version, such as Quicken Windows 2013 - 2015.
